Strategic Documents
The School Strategic Plan (SSP) outlines the direction of the school for a four year period.
The SSP is developed by the Principal in consultation with the school community with the final plan approved by the School Council. The plan is created after a rigorous evaluation of the school’s performance against the previous goals and targets. The review process includes feedback and recommendations from a trained school reviewer and challenge partners (usually principals from other schools).
The SSP drives all other accountability documentation that drives school improvement.

The AIP outlines the goals, targets and strategies for the current school year that relate to the SSP above.
