The Grade 2 and 4 classes started this week. In each class they voted on a song to learn, each student chose their instrument and we got 15 to 20 mins to work on their parts. Next lesson we will continue to learn their parts and then at the end of the session try and all play together.
The meeting with the 5/6’s for the ALL STAR band went well and we will begin auditioning on Friday 23rd February during lunch and in the last hour of school.
One on one lessons at BHPS started this week. The sounds of music, instruments and singing have been floating down the hallway which has been so lovely to hear! The students all look happy and engaged in their lessons.
