Wednesday 14th March Kardinia Pool – South Geelong
Students in grades 4 to 6 have the opportunity to represent the school at the Region Swimming to be held at Kardinia Pool in South Geelong on Wednesday the 14th March. In order to qualify and to be selected in the team students will need to attend a swim trial on Thursay 22nd February at Kardinia Pool at 4.15pm. Students will then be given the opportunity to swim and be timed in the event they would like to compete in. The events are as follows:-
50m Freestyle
50m Backstroke
50m Breaststroke
50m Butterfly
4 X 50m Freestyle relay
4 X 50 Medley relay
The fastest 2 students at each age group can compete in either the boys or girls events. Students can enter a maximum of 2 individual events plus 1 freestyle relay and 1 medley relay. Hope to see you all on the 22nd Februaury at Kardinia pool.
